Indemnity & Permission

By registering, you give permission for your child to participate in the martial arts training programme offered by Divine Dragon Ninjutsu.

You agree to release the instructor from liability for any injury or loss that may occur during training sessions or related activities.

You also indemnify Donovan Jayson Dengler against any claims that may arise from your child's participation in these martial arts classes.

Rules & Regulations

Cancellations

If your child cannot attend a lesson, please notify us by 18:00 the day before. Lessons cancelled after this time, or missed without any notice, will be charged at the full lesson rate.

Behaviour

We expect all students to conduct themselves respectfully. Misconduct may result in the student being asked to leave the class for that session without a refund.

Fees — Non-Refundable

All fees paid are non-refundable and non-negotiable under any circumstances.

Once-Off Joining Fee — R1 000.00

A once-off fee of R1 000.00 is payable when your child joins. This covers their first Gi (uniform), belt, and the weapon issued at each new rank. After the first issue, replacing any of these items is the student's own responsibility.

Monthly Fee Payment Deadline

Monthly training fees must be paid in full by the 4th of each month.

Late Payment Penalty

Payments received after the 4th of the month will attract a 5% penalty on the outstanding balance.
