Shodan Don is the founder and head instructor of Divine Dragon Ninjutsu, bringing nearly two decades of martial arts experience to every class he teaches. Having trained under Shidoshi Lee, 6th Dan Master of NinjaSA, he has dedicated his life to the study of Ninjutsu, self-protection, movement, and personal development.

His journey as an instructor began with adult students at NinjaSA, before moving on to teach children and teens at A3 Combat. In 2022, he took the next step and founded Divine Dragon Ninjutsu — a dojo built on passion, purpose, and a clear mission: to help children, teens, and adults develop confidence, discipline, awareness, and practical life skills through martial arts training.

His teaching philosophy combines traditional Ninjutsu principles with modern coaching methods, creating a structured and supportive environment where every student can grow at their own pace. No two students are the same, and Sensei Don's approach reflects that.

Beyond the dojo, his background as a qualified TEFL educator and his five years of training in Ballroom and Latin American Dance have given him unique insight into communication, balance, coordination, and human movement — skills that make him a more effective and empathetic instructor across all age groups.
